The investment objective of the iShares TecDAX® UCITS ETF (DE) is to track the performance of the TecDAX® Index, which measures the performance of the 30 largest technology companies listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Fund aims to provide investors with a total return, taking into account both capital and income returns, which reflects the return of the TecDAX® Index. The Index is weighted by free-float market capitalization, and the Fund's composition is reviewed annually and rebalanced quarterly.

The Unit Class iShares TecDAX® UCITS ETF (DE) EUR (Dist) (the "Fund") is a passively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) that aims to track the performance of the TecDAX® (Performance Index) as closely as possible. The Index comprises the 30 largest German technology stocks in terms of market capitalization and exchange turnover. The Index is weighted by free-float market capitalization, with no stock accounting for more than 10 percent of the index. Foreign technology companies primarily active in Germany are also eligible for inclusion. Free float market capitalization is the market value of a company's readily available outstanding shares. The Index composition is reviewed annually and rebalanced quarterly, along with extraordinary reviews as needed.
